I tried this one two ways, once as is and once asking for no jalapeños. The sauce is sweeter than most BBQ burgers at BK, closer to a maple glaze than a smoky BBQ. The jalapeños matter more than they look like they would, they cut through the sweetness so it doesn’t feel like dessert.
