Sugar was also noticeably lower here, 7g compared to 14g on the Impossible version.
The Jr. sizing meant less onion ring and mushroom per bite than the full-size version, but the core flavor combination, bacon, Swiss, peppercorn aioli, came through the same way, just in a smaller package.
