My Honest Take

Same price as the Impossible Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper with Bacon ($11.39), but this beef version ran lower on calories (1,020 vs 960… actually higher here) and notably higher on cholesterol (130mg vs 40mg), which makes sense given the beef patty. Sodium was slightly lower than the Impossible version too (1,950mg vs 2,140mg).

Compared to its own Jr. sibling, this full-size version roughly doubled the calories and protein, standard scaling for going from Jr. to regular, not a different recipe, just more of it.
